With an accomplished track record in successfully leading and managing planning applications, Tom has developed a diverse range of experience from large scale residential, both urban infill and land promotion, as well as Local Authority led social housing and key project work on commercial, education and sports schemes.

 

Tom has also developed a specialism in the renewables sector, having gained a number of consents for small and medium scale PV schemes across the country.

 

Tom has a strong background in project management, building and leading consultant teams, and being the key point of liaison with Local Planning Authorities. Passionate about great placemaking, Tom seeks to use his commitment as an urbanist to enhance the schemes that he works on.

 

Outside work, Tom enjoys watching and playing football, travelling and going to gigs.
