Urbana were instructed by our client, Grantside, to deliver a co-living scheme in the heart of Kelham Island, the old industrial district within Sheffield City Centre.

The development seeks to create a sense of community through the inclusion of liveable spaces, including a central courtyard and garden rooftop, promoting organic interactions whilst also aiming to achieve Net Zero Carbon through careful selection of materials.

The development will be a new co-living and co-working destination in Kelham Island. The overriding principle is to create a new collective within the community, promote health, happiness and well-being and provide more home choices for Sheffield residents.
