Mike is relationship driven and has previously operated in both consultancy and client-side environments, having spent 11 years in the planning and development team of a multi-disciplinary surveying firm in London and 3 years in the National Land Development team at Tarmac. 

 

Mike has worked on numerous large scale development projects across different sectors, securing high value consents for a range of different landowners and developers. He is able to drive projects and teams forward to meet important deadlines whilst ensuring advice is centred around commerciality and deliverability. 

 

Outside work, Mike is passionate about all sports and spent much of his younger days travelling the world watching England consistently disappoint in major football tournaments. Life has settled down more recently with the arrival of two young boys who take up most of Mike's free time, but he still can occasionally be found hacking round a golf course, watching some live sport or donating his rare blood platelets.
