John is our non-executive and provides Urbana with a vast amount of experience and expertise over a distinguished career in ther property sector.
John's Story
John provides essential guidance and experience to Urbana. From his tenure at Savills, London in the 80's to ventures in the United States and back to the UK, John has successfully delivered a diverse range of property projects. Notably, he has developed over 9,000 student apartments across the UK in a joint venture with BAM Property.
John's extensive network within the industry's elite circles, coupled with his understanding of the commercial realities of development provides Urbana with a competitive edge.
