We are instructed to deliver an exciting scheme comprising the demolition of existing industrial buildings and the erection of a part 4, 10 and 18 storey buildings to deliver 144 residential apartments in Sheffield’s Devonshire Quarter. The scheme has been underpinned by extensive discussion with officers at Sheffield City Council to guide and shape the proposals in this prolific location and to increase the residential offer in Sheffield’s city centre.
