Duncan joined Urbana as Director in 2024. He has previously worked for Harworth Group Plc for 15 years and was Development Director responsible for delivering the 3,800 home Waverley new community and Advanced Manufacturing Park on the edge of Sheffield amongst other key South Yorkshire regeneration sites.

He has worked on a number of large scale development projects and has devised and implemented creative strategies to release and add value through place based regeneration initiatives. The video at the bottom of this page includes some of the projects he has led.

Immediately before joining Urbana, Duncan spent two and a half years at Peel Land working on Major Project sites across the North of England.

Outside work, Duncan has his own  photography business and loves travelling the world with his family.
